For a quicker resolution, please include the following information in your message: the SKU number, the shipping label, and a photo of the item.

Damaged items

If you have a damaged or used product, you don't need to return it. Just send us a photo or proof that you've disposed of it. Once we have confirmed the damages, we can either ship you a replacement at no additional cost or provide you with a full refund.

Refund Process

Step 3: Return the item

Once we've checked your request, we'll email you a return label. You can then send the items back to us (If required). If you prefer, we can arrange for a UPS pick-up. Please let us know once you've returned the product so we can take the next step.

Step 4: Verification and notification

Once we've verified your return, we'll update you on your return/refund status. If you have yet to receive your refund within 3-5 business days, feel free to reach out to our customer service team for help.
